2003–2004. It was unlikely that we would get our own star on Hollywood Blvd., so we gave ourselves the honor with our “Debbies Book Star on the Walk of Fame” issue.
The television season gave us Cold Case, Joe Millionaire, and Queer Eye for the Straight Guy, while on the big screen, we enjoyed Matrix: Reloaded, Bruce Almighty, Lord of the Rings: Return of the King, Pirates of the Caribbean and Finding Nemo. Chicago took home the Oscar; Gregory Peck and Bob Hope passed away; and Arnold Schwarzenegger was elected Governor of California.
The threat of weapons of mass destruction led the U.S. to invade Iraq; MySpace was launched; and the Internet Music Store opens after crackdown on illegal downloading.
